sadbum now uses a user-specific config file located in the Application
Data folder.  Settings are now saved upon user logout and not just
manual program shutdown.  Several minor aesthetic issues were also
tweaked.

OpenGL rendering has been replaced with basic Win32 GDI rendering, meaning the 
program now uses 1/4 of the memory it did before.  Transparency support has 
been enabled.

I rewrote the entire program using pure Win32 code, so there are no more Borland 
library dependencies.  The graph looks better, and the featureset has changed 
slightly.
