Some minor graphical glitches that occurred when resizing the main
window have been fixed.  Nothing major this time.

Glue has been completely rewritten using the standard Win32 API, meaning
no more Borland library dependencies (and no additional downloads
required).  The UI has changed slightly, hopefully for the better.  No
features were lost.

(If you were using an older version, you can uninstall it and the
Borland Libraries package.  The libraries are still required for
No Whammies and Splode, however.)
